- Start of the day. (Weighing and measuring if desired) .
- Morning yoga and meditation with morning practice .
- Morning organic plant-based food or juice fast with supplements .
- Oode - organic plant juice .
- 2 body treatments with equipment (LPG massage, EndosTherapy, Cryolipolysis, Cavitation, Lipolaser, RF-lifting, Roll massage, Transion muscle training, EMS training) .
- 1 facial treatment with equipment (RF-lifting, RF-lifting with pendulum massage, collagen mask)
- 30 minutes workout in the gym.
- Lunch - organic vegetarian food or juice fast .
- Leisure - instructions from the retreat organisers on the attractions of the Uluwatu area.
- Oode - organic juice .
